• Consultation and Payment:
Consultation appointments are confirmed and scheduled upon receiving payment. Receipt of payment will be provided upon scheduling. In the event of a no-show, charges are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued if a session is canceled due to the consultant’s fault.

• Confidentiality and Usage of Recorded Materials:
All information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential. Any recorded materials from sessions may be utilized for marketing or commercial purposes by The Hermetic Journey company. However, personal client data will never be disclosed to third parties or used publicly. Client anonymity and privacy will be rigorously maintained.

• Scope and Conduct:
Services will be provided within the consultant's area of expertise. Clients are reminded that these services do not substitute medical or legal advice. Both parties are expected to uphold professionalism and respect during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a session fee. Changes to session schedules can be discussed and accommodated based on availability. A delay of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and is not refundable.

• Termination and Progress:
Either party can terminate the consultations at any time. The consultant will provide referrals and support during this process. Goals and progress will be collaboratively determined, though individual results may vary.

• Client Responsibility: Clients accept and agree that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results from any of the purchased services. The Hermetic Journey company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing. Clients understand that because of the nature of the services, the results they and other Participants experience may significantly vary. Clients acknowledge that there is no guarantee that they will reach their personal, financial, spiritual, or mental goals as a result of participation in any of the services. Clients understand that the service they purchased are consultations that provide information, but it is up to them on how those information will be integrated or used.

• Emergency Situations:
In cases of immediate danger, the consultant reserves the right to breach confidentiality to ensure safety.

• Agreement and Updates:
By participating in any of the services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be promptly communicated. Clients' privacy and trust are paramount, and all measures will be taken to protect personal information.
